With the theme “Equity in Action: A Global Dialogue on the Advancement of Women and Girls in Physical Education and Sport Innovation,” the event championed gender-responsive approaches that empower women and girls through sport.

The two-day conference featured renowned keynote speakers and panelists who shared compelling insights on leadership, innovation, inclusivity, and global best practices in sport and physical education.

Participants engaged in parallel workshops, panel sessions, and interactive discussions, all centered on advancing Gender-Responsive Sport for Peace and Society. These sessions provided opportunities for learning, research dissemination, and meaningful collaboration among international and local experts.

Through this congress, UP Cebu strengthens its call to an inclusive, equitable, and transformative sporting environment for women and girls.
