The Individual Development Plan workshop was conducted in two batches spearheaded by Jae Mari Magdadaro and Rebecca Bayawa of the HRDO to ensure that all administrative staff and REPs are able to participate.

The goal of the workshop is to gather raw data through the identification of common needs and/or skills an individual should possess to be able to further cater to their respective offices and the University as a whole. The output will be translated into a training and/or development program proposal for the employees.
