The Commission on Higher Education with UP Cebu co-hosted an Information Session on the Tokyo Convention, or the UNESCO Asia Pacific Regional Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications in Higher Education 2011. The session was held on May 4, 2019 at the Performing Arts Hall, University of the Philippines Cebu.
