The UP Cebu Political Science and Public Affairs Program announces the publication of Policy Analysis in High Inequalities in Asia: Critical and Pragmatic Perspectives by Assistant Professor Noe John Sacramento, in collaboration with Piyapong Boossabong and Pobsook Chamchong of Chiang Mai University, and published by Routledge.
The volume advances a context-sensitive framework for policy analysis in Asia, mapping deliberative spaces across formal and informal arenas, tracing narratives among diverse policy actors, and foregrounding inequalities in knowledge and socio-political standing. It argues that even within constrained environments, policy analysis retains the capacity to shape what is politically and socially imaginable.
