MISSION

It shall serve the country especially in the Central Visayas region by promoting excellent degree programs, continuing education and professional training which are anchored on liberal education, human rights, equality, and people empowerment.

It shall serve the Filipinos especially those in Central Visayas, by promoting excellent undergraduate and graduate courses, and continuing education and professional trainings which will be anchored on liberal education, human rights, equality, and people empowerment, aimed at addressing the quality of life of its students and other stakeholders.
